Dr. Poirier, DMD graduated from the University of Montreal in 1996. He also detains a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the same university. For the last 20 years, he has developed an enormous amount of knowledge in orthodontics by treating more than 4000 patients with the help of myofunctional appliances, braces, and, since 2004, with clear Aligners.
With more than 2000 Clear Aligner cases completed, Dr. Poirier is one of the leading general dentists and experts in the field of clear aligner knowledge and treatment. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with his colleagues around the world.
Dr. Gary Glassman graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry in 1984 and was awarded the James B. Willmott Scholarship, the Mosby Scholarship and the George Hare Endodontic Scholarship for proficiency in Endodontics. A graduate of the Endodontology Program at Temple University in 1987, he received the Louis I. Grossman Study Club Award for academic and clinical proficiency in Endodontics.
The author of numerous publications, Dr. Glassman lectures globally on endodontics, is on staff at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry in the graduate department of endodontics. As Adjunct Professor of Dentistry and Director of Endodontic Programming from 2010-2017, Gary helped develop the dental school curriculum for the Oral Health Science programme for the University of Technology, Kingston, Jamaica.
Gary is a fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, Fellow of the American College of Dentists, endodontic editor for Oral Health dental journal, endodontic editor for Inside Dentistry, Faculty Chair for DC Institute and Chief Dental Officer for dentalcorp Canada.
He maintains a private practice, Endodontic Specialists in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Dr. Mazen Dagher is the founder and chief education officer of Dagher Institute, a learning center for professionals who wish to advance their skills in implant dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics and periodontal surgery. Always at the forefront of his profession, Dr Dagher is regularly invited to give various courses and conferences across Canada and the United States. He also founded the Hawkesbury Dental Centre in 1999, a top tier group practice.
Dr. Dagher has since acquired a high level of expertise in implantology from some of the most prestigious schools worldwide which includes the Kois Center for Advanced Dentistry (Washington), the Canadian Implant Institute, the Misch Implant Institute (Michigan) and the Sapo-Implant Institute of the University Paul IV in Paris.
His practice is focused on implant dentistry and complete functional rehabilitation. He is also the founder of Chapter2Dental, a new generation of fully interactive education platform for patients and dental staff.
Dr. Somera graduated from the University of Montreal in 1992 and subsequently completed a residency at the Jewish General Hospital, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at McGill University from 1992 to 1994.
A strong advocate for a comprehensive approach to dentistry, he has invested hundreds of hours in continuing education and is well-versed in both general dentistry and complex rehabilitation cases in implantology.
Dr. Somera is deeply passionate about his field and enjoys mentoring other dentists eager to benefit from his extensive knowledge and years of experience.

Dr. Caroline Trinh joined Centre Dentaire de l’Ouest in 1999, following her graduation from the University of Montreal with first class honours and several awards of excellence.
After that, she devoted herself to furthering her clinical knowledge and skills by completing a training in orthodontics at the International Dental Institute. Dr. Caroline Trinh enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry and has a passion for restoration and aesthetic dental rehabilitation. Her commitment to dental sciences has led her to pursue training opportunities in CAD-CAM technology, occlusion at the Las Vegas Institute, orthodontics, and rehabilitation. Recently, she completed her diploma at the Canadian Institute of Implantology.
Dr. Caroline Trinh strives to maintain high standards of dental professionalism and provides her patients with quality care. Outside of her professional life, she is always looking for challenges, such as marathons and triathlons. She loves the outdoors, exploring new foods, and travelling.
Dr. Sharkas finished his studies in 2006 at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) in the Prosthodontics Fellowship Program. He then, joined the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine and UPMC for the residency program in Prosthodontics. Dr. Sharkas also teaches Prosthodontics at Western University.
During his free time, Dr. Sharkas enjoys spending time with his family, building radio-controlled helicopter models and participating in local flying events.
